We are looking for a focused, proactive, self-starter, with demonstrated success with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. As a Fluid Account Manager you will work with our Creative Director to build new brand identities and strategies in addition to driving time-sensitive campaign and website executions for entrepreneurial, natural product companies.

You manage the details, creative teams and suppliers for a variety of brand launches, design projects and marketing and online campaigns. You are responsible for delivering projects on-time and on-budget including regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager position is responsible for working directly with the Creative Director on Brand Launches including brand identity, packaging, and website design development as well as managing the day-to-day business of the account including the following:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director on development of creative briefs, creative execution and strategy
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s business, products and category/industry
  • Develop a positive and collaborative relationship with all clients, colleagues, and agency partners and suppliers
  • Lead daily coordination with clients and creative teams on feedback, approvals and revisions
  • Oversee and work collaboratively with creative, digital media, print, and production teams
  • Manage project budgets including creating estimates and coordinating billing schedule with accounting
  • Organize, lead and/or participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Create and manage timelines for the development of creative from brief through to market implementation
  • Assist with and oversee efforts for digital and print media planning, communication planning, creative strategy and development, and research projects
  • Collaborate with agency colleagues to create and refine agency processes
  • Prepare reports and weekly status updates

Qualifications

  • Post secondary education or University degree (ideally in marketing or advertising)
  • 3+ years previous agency experience
  • Packaging design experience is a plus
  • Must be passionate about natural brands, sustainability and green leaning products
  • Must be passionate about brand strategy and building brands
  • Must have strong leadership and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Must have strong project management and project coordination/execution skills
  • Ability and willingness to work in a very fast paced environment with quick turnaround and tight deadlines
  • Detailed & process oriented, organized and with a strong sense of urgency
  • Managed digital campaigns – including email, website development, SEO, Google Ad Words & Display campaigns
  • Must be an original thinker with strong problem solving skills
  • Possess strong presentation skills – exposure to formal presenting in client meetings
  • Must thrive in a fast paced and small agency working environment
  • Must have a collaborative “roll up your sleeves” attitude to work in a small agency and be wiling to wear “many hats”
